Got this fig this year and it came small with about three figs on it. Something ate one and three others grew back. The flavor was fruity like a sweet apple meets a good sweet grape. Less figgy in flavor and more towards the complex, hummm what is that? flavor what a real treat! This has been a slow grower as far as tree size goes but I don't mind that one bit. Bottom line it's makes good tasting fruit that stands out from the common blander sort of fig. I highly recommend.
