Camellia japonica 'Lady Laura Red'
The large raspberry red flowers are variably shaped from formal double or rose form, to double with wavy petals and may show off a few yellow tipped stamens, to semi-double with a large boss of contrasting golden yellow stamens. The flowers are produced in mid season, typically December-February. Lady Laura Red Camellia, the solid red sport of Lady Laura, is a moderately vigorous, dense, large evergreen shrub that is upright becoming rounded with age.
