The Fodingzhu Sweet Olive produces larger and showier clusters of sweetly fragrant white flowers over an exceptionally long period beginning in late summer and early fall and continuing well into spring. This is a pest and disease free, low-maintenance, long-lived large evergreen shrub to small tree with a naturally upright habit to rounded habit with a moderately fast rate of growth. Use the Sweet Olive as a specimen plant, as a backdrop for winter flowering Camellias, and as a large screen.
