Indigofera, Chinese Indigo, Kirilow's Dwarf Indigo
Indigofera kirilowii

Indigofera produces a nearly non-stop display of 4-8" long pendant spikes of light pink pea-like flowers throughout the growing season. This is a low and spreading woody-perennial and once it loses its foliage for winter its wispy stems nearly disappear to the casual observer. Dwarf or Kirilow's Indigo makes an easy and durable, softly textured, slowly spreading, medium height groundcover for shade to sun. Caterpillar host: Funereal Duskywing. Item# 468
