Loose clusters of red-orange trumpet-like blooms are borne from mid-summer to fall on this upright to spreading woody perennial to large shrub. We've seen beautiful specimens of Orange Jubilee Esperanza or Orangebells in the Hemisfair Park area of San Antonio, Texas. More freely flowering and larger growing in mild winter climates but still performs well as a die-back summer and fall flowering perennial once well-established. Item# 532.

Tall dense spikes of golden-orange nectar rich flowers are produced throughout the year in mild winter climates atop an upright growing shrub with dense velvety gray foliage. Orange Sceptre Butterfly Bush is a hybrid Buddleja that remains evergreen in mild winter climates like zone 9 and warmer. The flowers attract larger bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. Large, long-lasting clusters of, 2"+ wide flowers open a dark purple, and like the Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow they quickly fade to lavender, and finally to nearly white. The flowers are born in profusion during the warmer months of the year. The bright deep pink flushes of holly-like new foliage and stems slowly matures to pastel pink, yellow, and ultimately a dark green. Party Lights™ Holly Leaf Tea Olive is one of the hardiest selections of Osmanthus and produces small white fragrant flowers in fall but it is mainly grown for its outstanding foliage color in the garden and landscape and has a nice dense well-branching habit that is sure to make a statement. Very large, semi-double to loose peony to anemone form to near rose form, rich red flowers, occasionally with some white on inner petaloids, and with occasional yellow tipped stamens peeking through are produced late in the season, March to April. Paulette Goddard Camellia is a large flowered Japonica with a moderate to vigorous, upright, densely branching habit becoming rounded with age. 3-5" green-yellow fruit with banana custard-like flavor, some say they are best after being frozen. Produces fragrant purple flowers in spring. Spikes of 1" long peach colored tubular flowers emerge from contrasting purplish pink calyces beginning in spring and continuing until fall. Peachie Keen Agastache develops into a dense rounded mass of fragrant foliage that is topped by the long-lasting display of colorful flower spikes. Large 3" wide, deep blue, cornflower-like daisies are produced on sturdy stalks starting in late spring and lasting through much of summer on well established clumps. Wave after wave of 12" long trumpets open a pale cream color and quickly darken to pink and finally a dark coral pink. A slightly more compact Joe-Pye Weed-like hybrid, in summer Phantom Eupatorium produces large rounded clusters of purplish-pink flowers that sit atop sturdy dark maroon stems adorned with large medium green Joe-Pye Weed-like foliage. Clusters of pale pink trumpets with dark pink throats are produced throughout the growing season or year round under warm frost free conditions on this easy to grow twining climber with fine-textured, glossy, deep green foliage.
