Surprised by this plant (8/12/2018)
I purchased two Indian Pinks at my local Master Gardeners' spring plant sale. I was completely unfamiliar with this plant. I planted both in dappled light shade in poor sandy soil. I expected both plants to need lots of water. Surprisingly, they didn't need as much water as I thought. They've come back reliably for two years, bloomed both springs, and are healthy.No pests or diseases.

When I was unable to find this at a native plant sale this spring, I discovered Almost Eden had it in stock. I was very pleased at the healthy specimens I received & the awesome packaging. These natives are beautiful in bloom. I will order again - love love love the selection!!!
