Tricolor Moses in the Cradle, Oyster Plant, Rhoeo
The Tricolor Moses in the Cradle or Oyster Plant is a durable clump forming evergreen with colorful pink, green, and cream variegated wide strap-like foliage that radiates from a low central stem. The folded leaves have a dark purplish reverse adding to the colorful show. Where hardy this makes a reliable low maintenance groundcover for well-drained, shady areas of the garden. It also makes an easy and low maintenance container specimen or addition to low to medium water mixed container gardens.

Moses in the Cradle is tolerant of a wide variety of growing conditions provided soils are well-drained and are not kept overly wet for extended periods. Its good about staying where you put it and creates a nice clump of foliage and tends to be a long lived, low maintenance addition.
