Also called the Texas Olive, this rare native makes a beautiful small specimen tree perfect for the hottest toughest sunniest areas so long as the soil is well-drained. The Anacahuita produces large clusters of 2", crepe-like, white funnel shaped flowers with a dark gold yellow throat in spring and early summer as well as again in fall for anyone lucky enough to be able to grow this beautiful small tree.
