Albizia julibrissin

3-6" wide clusters of silky pink blooms are borne in summer. This is a very fast growing tree creating a broad rounded canopy with the fine soft textured fern-like foliage. The large bloom clusters are often beset by masses of swallowtail butterflies drinking the sweet nectar.
